Our Review of ICCC V

Updated: Jul 26

By John Pyka

I recently had the absolute pleasure of attending ICCC V in Lebanon, TN, and it exceeded all my expectations. The star-studded lineup was truly remarkable, with celebrity guests such as Ian McDermid, Charlie Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio, and the cast of Star Wars Rebels. Seeing these iconic figures in person was an unforgettable experience, and their presence added an incredible atmosphere to the event. The opportunity to interact with them, get autographs, and take photos was a dream come true for any fan.

One of the highlights of the convention was the Podcast Stage, where I had the chance to attend some truly captivating interviews. The discussions with Jon Rhys Davies, Samantha Newark, and Scott Schwartz were nothing short of incredible. Their insights into their respective fields were enlightening, and they shared fascinating stories and experiences that left me wanting more. The Podcast Stage provided a unique platform for these interviews, and I am grateful for the organizers for arranging such insightful and engaging discussions.

The Vendor Hall at ICCC V was a treasure trove for enthusiasts like myself. I was thrilled to meet author Piper Bedwell, whose books have captivated me for years. It was an honor to have the opportunity to speak with her and get my copies signed. Another standout in the Vendor Hall was the talented puppeteer Peter Prankster, whose performances were nothing short of mesmerizing. His skill and creativity brought joy to everyone who witnessed his puppetry. The Vendor Hall truly had something for everyone, with an impressive array of merchandise, collectibles, and unique finds that catered to a wide range of interests.

ICCC V was an experience to cherish, and I eagerly look forward to future installments of this fantastic event.
