Earth Dog Studios, an autonomous collective of passionate writers and artists, proudly sponsored The Multiverse FunRaiser, a virtual fandom jamboree and charity fundraiser, supporting this year's chosen charity, ComicBooks For Kids.
The event, organized by the Multiverse FunRaiser, is not just about raising funds for a good cause but also about raising FUN.
As part of their mission to create and publish original high-quality comic books for the international market, Earth Dog Studios has been an integral part of the indie comic scene since its establishment in 2017.
Their commitment to supporting charities and independent creators is evident in their participation in previous Multiverse FunRaisers, including last year's benefit for the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health.
Earth Dog Studios spokesperson and author, Timothy Fling, shared his insights as a panelist in the Indie Comic Creator segment of The Multiverse FunRaiser. (You can view the replay here.)
Fling, a font of information on how indie creators can promote themselves in the comics industry, has been a consistent supporter of our charitable initiatives.
"We are so happy to work with Timothy and Earth Dog Studios. Their continued commitment to supporting both charities close to our hearts and other indie artists and writers means the world to us," said Crayle Vanest, co-chair of the Multiverse FunRaiser.
Timothy Fling, speaking on behalf of Earth Dog Studios, stated, "Comic books have often been called 'the gateway to literacy' for children. As such, I heartily endorse this charity, and their noble efforts to bring joy to children in hospitals and cancer wards. I hope you will join me in supporting this worthy cause!"
